If you're not happy, we're not happy. We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear.
Please allow up to 1 week to fully process your return.
How to Make a Return
- Simply fill out the Return Form included with your order, found on the back of the invoice. If you no longer have the original invoice, download a PDF version here: Return Form.
- Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which the item was wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped.
- If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent in transit damage to the item. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
- To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.
- Please write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.

Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return guidelines will be accepted at our discretion and issued store credit.
